I did receive the item at the agreed price, somewhat later than the listing suggested. He seems to have waited for me to complain before placing the order. I would say you're better off buying directly from Home Depot, as you will get it cheaper and faster. It's a good tape measure in new condition. It's obnoxious how Milwaukee clutters up the first six inches of the blade with little icons unrelated to measurement. Fits well in pocket.
