      Unfortunately the watch was defective when received so I contacted the seller and was offered 3 very favourable options. A discount, return the watch to be serviced free of charge or a full refund. I opted for a refund and this was completed as soon as the seller received back the watch, which with eBay's easy return system went very smoothly.
