I inquired about the item and tarnishing to know the exact condition of the box before buying. I was told no tarnishing anywhere they can see. Item arrived with two areas of tarnishing right on the top of the item as shown in attached pics. Asked for a refund of some of the purchase price instead of return- told no partial refunds have to return. This is the exact type of buyer all sellers have been warned against, and it is a shame he is allowed to continue his behavior. Seller beware!
