Contacted seller and communication not good. Can not return as assembled at home. No way for me to see correct Velcro to hold down arm pads . I did pay a very good price,shipping was Free and Fast. Not hard to assemble and good quality. Chair is useable as is but need to be carefully leaning against side cushion as hard under and hurts hip.
