Jegs requested that the package had to be signed in person, which was a huge burden. Jegs customer service never responded to my concern over the signature required. Be prepared to do additional work to item , i had to tap the threads in 75% of the holes in order to get the set knobs to screw in all the way. Other then that, a heavy duty body cart it is.
