Seller tried to explain hair in the box claiming had to check if it was charged, then tried to offer refund if I promised not to give bad review. I wish I could share the messages here, but I reported to eBay. Seller did offer me to send it back for a refund, and I will. Items are missing, seller cannot explain that, still claiming it is new. This is exactly how it arrived (photos)
