They said the tracking number from ebay didn't match my name/address. I contacted the seller twice with the photo of the package at a house that isn't mine. No reply. They DID however rectify the situation. I received the package today via UPS. I'm not 100% sure where the misstep happened so I don't want to fault the seller as they came through tho lack of response seems to be an ongoing issue with them.
