Item was returned without hassle. For this I am leaving a positive; highly professional seller and with a good attitude. The retainers feel significantly lower quality than reputable brands, such as Invisalign . It is easily bent if squeezed even gently. They don’t seem durable. The plastic is quite thin. Pass up on these if you want something that lasts- or fits.
