USPS North Houston Distribution Center didn't move this item to the local Post Office for delivery due to an alleged postal fee shortage and provided no means to pay for the shortage. This seller interceded and did his very best to resolve this issue. He spent several hours of his time, coordinating with FedEx, USPS, and eBay agents, but to no avail. Superior communication. I was refunded by eBay. Seller lost this pkg. to USPS.
