      Nuts for Walnut Oil

      I don't like the fact that Walnut Oil is pricier than other, cheaper oils, but this La Tourangelle oil, in it's produced form, along with their Almond Oil are a necessity in your kitchen. That is, if your kitchen is for 'go', and not for 'show'. I am in a profession that puts me into affluent people's kitchen, that in most cases, are fully appointed, but remain unused. If you have a kitchen that you're always using and always experimenting in, and presenting interesting, fine meals in innovative ways, and have an emotional relationship with food. PUT, and keep a spare of this. I do a lot with chicken and beef, and sauteed vegetables. I also use prepared spice mixes and my own mixes and variations of condiments.       i love this stuff

      this oil has been a gift from the god , i cook with it in many ways . hash brown potatoes very good , saute onions for soup bases replaces the need for meat as oil takes a rich nutty taste very good . salad dressing awesome vinaigrette, ive replaced it almost entirely with olive oil and because it has a high temp point you can fry with it and not feel guilty about it , nuts and nut oil are very healthy , i believe after 4 months use-in it that the oil has helped with joint pain and weight loss for my type of cooking also nut fats are very goods for your brain as they provide healthy fats to support tissue around neurons for me less fatigue , ok ill shut up ,and you try the oil
