    Works as advertised, with great customer support

    Have not installed this unit in my new Class A DP, but bought it since I was so pleased with the ScanGage performance in my previous MH. In addition to readout of parameters available at the engine computer, the ScanGage allows me to read out the Diagnostic Trouble Codes issued by the engine computer. I would have had to spend hundreds to get a reader just for that capability. Customer service is fantastic - my coach does not accommodate the depth of the dual pin connector for the engine diagnostic port. Upon calling the factory, the technician immediately sent out the single function pin connector that I needed to make the connection to my diagnostic port - no charge. Can't go wrong with this device or its manufacturer.

    Easy install

    After deciding where I wanted to put it. It only took about 15 minutes to install. Only down side, I had to put a hold in the dash for the cable. Would be great if it were wireless. I'm still learning about all the functions. Love the fact that you can see any error codes that you may get.
