When I originally reached out about the scuff, the seller sent a replacement, upon further inspection it was a fake. When I reached out to send the replacement back and to get a refund, seller refused and offered to send a 2nd replacement. When I said no, they still pushed for the replacement. The first replacement arrived with no box, the wrong series (Have a Seat) was received and a clear fake so I sent it back. Seller begged me to cancel the return

While the Labubu itself is fake it came out the box brand new and looks very similar to the real thing. On a bright side it could be a good alternative for one who isn't concern with an items Authenticity.

I know some sellers will open the top and break the tab seal to view the card inside to see what color labubu. He checked it from the bottom. Seller was friendly quick to answer any questions I had and shipped out quickly so I could get on time for daughter’s birthday. I definitely recommend purchasing Labubus from this seller.

Product was brand new but storage box hinge for lenses broke. Asked if they could send a new box, or if I needed to send everything back. If I looked closer at the advertisement I should have noticed. The watch did not work all the functions. The vital signs would not work on the watch itself. The seller was fast to offer to send me another watch. It took 2 weeks for the new watch to come in. Was a little frustrating, but it did finally come in today. I'll say I'm not totally satisfied or dissatisfied. $130.00
