They told me I would have to send units back , wait during shipping , wait on new unit to be shipped and I told them that isn’t a option we have installer lined up and must have units to install . I provided all proof they asked for but no one will help me there . I had to pay to have their units repaired because they wouldn’t help me resolve. I asked for a partial refund to pay for repairs they ignoring me now .
