    The short answer is the seller is honest & reliable. The description was accurate, communication very responsive & shipping cost was fair. The issue was with the shipping companies. Both companies performance were poor, that's the best word I can describe for the delivery of the package.     Sword is new as described, and it looks great. Display plate I did not open yet, but I assume it is also new. Arrived much sooner than expected delivery date, so big plus :) Outer box came a little damaged, but nothing that affects the inside parts, so it is not a big deal. This is my second sword from this seller, and I am satisfied again :)
