    Styrofoam rings shipped in a plastic baggie is a no-no and should be reconsidered. It may seem to make sense in saving on shipping costs, but it's risky and a high probability of damage exists in transit. Is it worth the hassle? The seller made it right and made a partial refund. The communications were excellent throughout, from the start of shipping to customer support. That in itself is of great value. Maintain that support...you may need it if plastic bags continue to be used for shipping ;)
