Correct item was missing undisclosed missing fan. Was told to keep incorrect item. Was sent correct item, but it was broken -couldn't stand on its own. Seller stated it wasn't broken and that's how figure works, but I'd have to send ALL THREE figures back AND pay for shipping for a refund. No padding. Ebay had to help with this refund. Seller sent insulting messages.
