I dont believe the seller was aware, becase the Item was not in an original box. Item was described as an Apple Thunderbolt display, and thats what the box said. But inside the closed box was an older Apple Led Cinema Display. Took a little figuring out why it wouldnt connect at first, but once figured out i am happy. Seller shipped fast and item was packaged well.
