I offered to take $10 which was more than generous as the viewer is worth 3-4X that. They refused, indicated it was not broken and wanted 10 % if I returned it. They are new so I hope it is a rookie error. I would not take $10 back now. I am returning it. i DO NOT GIVE NEGATIVES AS A RULE BUT THIS ONE DESERVES IT. They were very polite the hallmark of a deceptive person.
