When item did arrive, it was well packaged, but it was scratched, missing rhinestones, and did not spin smoothly. The overall poor appearance and low quality of the item reduced its value without doubt. When I contacted the seller to rectify the issues, I did not get any response, I provided pictures and 2 days later, requested a refund from eBay. This was 5 days ago since the item arrived and have still not got a response. F- -
