        The seller attempted to scam me and provided me with a fake tracking number. The shipper did not provide the tracking number until moments before the item said “delivered” and only refunded me because I informed the. That I was going to report them to eBay for scamming. I work for a courier service and this is a common scam in which they provide a tracking number to the customer that is going to another customer just so it looks like the original customer’s item made it to them.
