      Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I think the laptop was packed by a 4-year old. It had a single layer of thin bubble-wrap and was thrown in a box with no padding. There was an issue with the screen which the seller did not show in the photos or mention in the listing. When I asked for a return, they tried to get me to take it to a repair shop instead?!? There were 3 times where it took them over a week to write back, and they still haven't reimbursed me for return shipping.
