        I apologize for your poor experience—I refunded your purchase and allowed you to keep the product for free prior to you writing this review. The product was shipped within the promised window. The watch held a charge before it was shipped. The watch was factory reset but I did forget to remove the “find your device” tracker from my personal phone which caused pairing issues. I made this correction, but I could not reach the buyer to instruct on next steps. Purchase was immediately refunded.
