I submitted a request for a refund, and the seller apologized, explaining that they had forgotten to ship this specific item due to a high volume of orders. They asked me if I still wanted the item, mentioning that they had the label ready and could still send it. Since I still needed the item, I agreed. However, I have not received the item to this day.

      Excellent sound and noise cancellation

      The sound is excellent and the noise cancellation works very well. I have owned many different brands of neckband headphones, these are by far the best sound but the buttons are difficult to locate and use.
