Four days just to despatch it. It dosnt matter what day or time I called they just hung up. This is just poor service. Our puppies arrived and I needed feeding tubes. When you need to tube feed it's urgent. Even driving to the company on a Saturday didn't work. "Phone Monday I was told" my puppies wouldn't be alive by then.
