Hence, after the first use the seam on the back strap was separating. I have sent multiple emails asking the supplier to please sew the straps tighter and reenforce the seams. I was told they can’t sew it tighter and they don’t have longer straps. They want to give me a 30% refund. This does not help my four-legged baby with his mobility issues. I do not recommend purchasing this item.
