      Buy this just to get the DVD creator

      Why did Apple stop supporting its iDVD software? It's one of the most useful utilities, and so easy to use. This is the only way to get that lost function on a new Mac computer. You may also prefer some of the older versions of the other software. If so, then this is the only way to "go back in time." Don't worry; you can install only those functions you want.

      Too old to work in newer Macs.

      My Catalina Mac would not install it. I knew it was risky when I ordered it, however----but had read that if I set the clock back on my desktop, it would install. But it didn't. I would send it back to you so that you could re-sell it, but don't want to pay the postage!

      Installation was easy and helped me get the correct version....

      Purchased mainly to install iMovie on an older iMac computer (has the most recent version allowed on Snow Leopard OS). Also comes with other programs (including iPhoto, iDVD and Garageband) which can be used to help make/edit video and audio projects. Installation was easy and you can choose which components to install. Also, the computer downloaded some updates to the software once installation was completed.
