    UPDATE TO FIRST REVIEW BELOW. Been taking these for a few months now. Found they work even better when taken as directed. Answers come quicker to me now. It no longer takes a while for me to remember or recall things. I don't loose my train of thought as much. My brain is really getting better-sharper than before I started taking these.
