I could tell from the way it was packaged that they had taken care (not like the last time I got a bed on here) I am happy with this bed the thick padded sides and foot end look great. It was easy to put up. I'm not sure it's worth the 350 quid cost and they should offer it with a wing back headboard but apart from that I'd say this is a reputable company/business to buy from. I would use it again for sure
