However DaVinci Gourmet used to have another version of Cinnamon that was red and spicy hotter than this one. For some reason, or lack thereof, they stopped making it. Because I prefer my Cinnamon to be spicy hotter, I need to find a Cinnamon flavoring or extract. Then I hope it will be warm enough to mix with this to make it a lot warmer. This is for mocha but I will also use it for baking.
