    The IC came in a piece of tube but it had bent pins, some of them really badly. There was a piece of a white material (dried thermal paste?) stuck beneath pins 8 and 9, also. I don't like the white ink, National Semiconductor - like markings on it too, because they don't match with another original IC of a near production week. But, I tested it and it works.

    Fast delivery which was appreciated. Unfortunately it did not work. Measured approximately 14 Ohms across the supply pins. The print on the IC was a little suspect so have to question it's authenticity.
