I assume this is due to these items, although new, are quite a few years old (e.g. stock) as far as electronics go, although this is just speculation and my understanding was that they haven't been produced in quite a few years from the manufacturer, but i bought knowing that so i won't downgrade my rating. I wish i could order them new with a fresh battery!
