    Bikram warts and all

    I have a love/ hate relationship to Bikram Yoga. I've practised many forms of yoga; I love practising in the heat, and have experienced many benefits from hot yoga. I've also sustained injuries from overuse. This text offers a unique insight into the crazy, quasi cult of Bikram Yoga, which is neither proselytising nor damning. Its very readable and I have recommended it to friends on both sides of the Bikram divide.
