Wheels are worn, per sellers description that "This is a chair that has been completely refurbished" I expected they would have been replaced, but otherwise overall positive purchase.

They shipped at the expected timeline and the chair arrived early, even. Box was badly damaged (a chuck was ripped off) but the chair was in excellent condition.
