    This lock is Janky. Opens and closes when it wants. Have to jiggle and shake it to get it open. The chain quality is great, But what good is it, if you don't know if the lock is going to open or not. I would not buy another Kryptonite. OVERPRICED JUNK.

    Excellent Lock;

    I have not used the lock as yet but it is built really solid and hefty in my opinion. It weighs about 10# which is pretty heavy to me as a senior but if you want great security and piece of mind this is a lock for you. I know there in NO full theft free lock as all locks can be destroyed with proper tools. But the build of this lock will discourage the moderate thief as he will have to spend some extra time to break this lock. Hopefully they will move on to the lighter secured bikes or whatever is locked. I highly recommend this lock to those looking for a lock that will take some beating to get it to open. I would buy it again if needed.

    Very thick lock

    This lock is heavy duty it would take them a while to try and cut this lock but I think it’s one of the best ones out there very nice lock easy to use and very thick and heavy duty I’m glad I got it

    Hard to pick or break lock and chain

    Very thick hardened chain makes it difficult for thieves to break through. The lock is hard to pick by your average bike thief according to the lock picking lawyer. I feel more secure with this lock and chain than with most other types.

    The best all around bike lock and chain

    I bought this lock/chain as it was the one that the infamous Lockpicking Lawyer uses to lock his own bike. Losing your expensive bike because you didn't spend the extra money on a quality lock is ridiculous.
