    Cool set but requires phone/app to use.

    The set has a ton of detail and is pretty fun to put together and play with. My partner loves it. Main drawback is that the train won't work without a phone/app. We had planned to use it in a (lego) Christmas village display, but there's no way to make it move without a phone. It's possible to exchange the Bluetooth-controlled motor with a standard motor, but all I want is two buttons: forward and reverse. Battery life is fairly short as well, so don't expect it to last more than an hour or so.

    Great Project

    The LEGO products are great. This is my second kit. I have almost competed the train. Some of the pieces are missing, I hope there is a way to order them.

    Quality kit, fun to build
