Seller claims it is new and was damaged in transit, and also claimed it was packaged carefully. It was in a plastic bag that was loosely tired. Seller didn’t respond after first communication, to assist w/ return. This was a gift for a medical student friend. Now it is going to goodwill. Waste of money. The customer also thought they had purchased a brand new item when it was listed as "like new" (with no damage at all on the product).
