    This pectin arrived in excellent condition. Sooner than anticipated. I used it in a Cherry & redcurrant jam recipe (low pectin) and it worked perfectly. Next, I made a Chilli Jelly recipe (No pectin). I estimated the amount of pectin as the recipe seemed excess (50g!) It worked well, but I'll put even less in next time. Great quality, perhaps improved packaging would be helpful. A resealable bag would be great. I'll be reordering soon!
