Unfortunately buyer decided to throw away the cream. We are the manufacturer of X-Power Hot so we tested the batch we have in stock and retained samples of previous batches we have manufactured all of which resulted in a tingle sensation. Without testing the customers cream ourselves unfortunately we cannot verify claims of no tingle from this product.
