      Arrived with numerous deep gouges (not fine statches, gouges as it the dog has chewed it).I understand this is a used store returned item but I didnt expect this amount of damage.Photos showing damage would have been nice rather that a photo showing a remote in perfect as new condition.

      clearly stated "Used" item with sign of previous use/handling. Buyer overly exaggerate some scratches to Dog chew. - you never seen Dog chew lol.

      No exaggeration, I do know the difference between fine scratches and gouges. Fine scratches I would have been perfectly happy with. Looks like it has been used for a fetch toy for a Labrador. To bad I cant post photos to feedback.
