I was not confident that the hub could hold an 11-speed cassette; however, with mountain parts, a 9-speed cassette is the same size as an 11-speed cassette. How cool! My only complaint about the setup would be the chain, as it does not include a chain with a master link. So, you better size your chain correctly since you really get one shot. This was a huge upgrade over the old drivetrain and was great value

BTW, you usually can't go wrong with Shimano quality and performance compared to cheaper products. I returned it simply because I decided to go a different direction with the drivetrain on the bike I'm building for my grandson. Thank you!

They seem to be of good quality, there was a problem with the chain that for whatever reason was entirely too short. I contacted the seller and they exchanged the chain in a reasonable time and manner. Overall a good experience.
