    Excellent!!!!!!!

    This waterproof socket outlet is very well made and robust.It fulfils everything that I know about putting electricity and water together and keeping Joe Briggs safe.It also has a lock off facility to keep out fingers of persons who shouldn't be tampering with it,all in all a very good buy.

    Overtight earth pin makes hard work getting plug in and out

    This product is ruined by the earth pin being extremely tight. It takes a lot of force to push a plug in and it is even worse getting it out. I am young and fit and have big strong hands. I have tried multiple plugs and it is the same for all. Poor manufacturing tolerance I guess.

    My plug for Your plug.

    First one I bought so impressed me I ordered a second one within days, the second one being to replace my original inferior quality one. Very sturdy casing fitted around a proper standard 13amp switched socket, the whole thing being well sealed with 2 quality rubber seals ensuring it is totally waterproof, Love the idea the lid closes fully over the socket whilst the plug is plugged in (unlike my original one where the lid sits up leaving the plug top exposed), Also the availability of being able to lock the socket with a padlock whilst the plug is in, brilliant if powering something more long term, ie pond pump or fountain. All in all a great well made product....

    Better than MK.

    Bought this item to replace an aged MK outdoor socket which had broken at It’s fixings and was unsafe. The new item is far better than the MK; it’s easier to push or pull on the plug when plugging in or out thanks to the wider opening of the cover and generally more space. It was easy to fit and should be watertight with the seals and covers for the fasteners. Recommended.
