Over the past 17 years I have used about 40 per year 1" x 12" Hilti wedge anchors because Hilti was the only company with 1" x 12" wedge anchors with a seismic rating. Hilti however has fallen WAY behind in their ability to deliver, in a timely manor, 1" x 12" wedge anchors. I'm now told the anchors I ordered early July will not arrive till early October. These Simpson 1" x 13" fit my needs in that they have a seismic rating, which I believe is a fairly new happening.

Yes, have plenty of depth for what was needed. Just make sure that you vacuum and also blow the drilled holes out. On two of the holes out of 12, we vacuumed them but forgot to also blow them out and did not receive quite the depth of the six inches that we were looking for. 4" still will work for those two holes. Delivered in a timely manner. Satisfied.
