Unit arrived as described and after installing two side sweeper brushes and fully charging unit it was put to work. Half of my house is laminate flooring and half low cut pile carpeting with total of 1800 ft2. The 25C model handles the carpet well and does well on the laminate. It takes about 20 minutes of reading and testing operation to become proficient with manual operation and automatic operation features. Docking for recharge is automated.
