  • I saved the cost of the attachment the first time I used it.

I love this attachment for my KitchenAid mixer. I purchased it to make ground chicken breast. I can almost always buy boneless, skinless chicken breast for less than $2 per pound, but to buy ground chicken breast, the price is nearly $5 per pound. The very first time I used this, I ground 5 pounds of sirloin that I had purchased on sale for $2.47 per pound. I trimmed nearly all the fat from the meat and estimated I ended up with about 4 3/4 lbs of beautiful 97% lean ground beef. After washing the attachment, I ground 5 pounds of chicken tenderloins that had been on sale for $1.99 per pound. I was having so much fun I decided to grind the pork loin I had purchased on sale for $1.99 per pound. I literally saved the cost of the attachment the very first time I used it. It has paid for itself several times over as I have used it again and again to make ultra lean ground meats. Pork sausage seasoning turned the ground pork into the best pork sausage without all the fat. It is starting to cool off and that means chili, which turned out perfect without a ton of fat that had to be skimmed or rinsed off the meat. If you have hunt, it will easily turn whatever you bring home into ground meat. I still keep a good bit of elk steaks for the grill, but elk burgers are also quite tasty.

  • Replaced my barrel with dividends....

Perfect to replace my original barrel that was cracking and was held together with hose clamps. I looked at many other brands that fit my stand mixer, but none could match the original assessory without spending over $100.00. Now, I have extra plates, knife, stiomper, worm and collar. Plus my original didn't have a wrench. This one came with a collar wrench. Highly recommended.

  • A great little powerhouse!

I burned out a 2800w grinder doing 20 lbs of meat. I ground 30 lbs through this little attachment with great results. She bogged down a few times but the Kitchenaid motor kept going. I recommend buying a 5 lb manual crank stuffer cuz that turns out to be the hard part using this small attachment. Super happy with this purchase.

  • This is a discontinued model but will fit older attachments

Rule #1 — Never put this on scalding hot water or a dishwasher or it’s likely to crack. Otherwise it’s great. It’s the discontinued model that has been in production for decades (with one minor update), so if you have older attachments like strainers, sausage or pasta parts, this is the one to get instead of the current model. They fit perfectly.

  • Very useful attachment

The meat grinder is a very useful attachment to the stand mixer if one enjoys quality chopped beef. We purchase a good roast, trim it and then grind it. Supermarket ground beef is a crapshoot since one does it know what is in it. Also, the fat content of the ready-ground variety is quite high and that is just not good for you. By chopping one's own, you can regulate that.

  • Attachment grinder for Kitchen Aid mixer

I had a grinder with a kitchen center I used to use and it was so helpful being able to grind my own meats and know what was in them. If you're picky about your food, you will enjoy having more control. It can also grind veggies of all kinds for croquettes. The choices are limited only by your imagination.

  • My wife has an older KitchenAid and the ...

My wife has an older KitchenAid and the meat grinder had cracks so when the meat went through it, the internal pressure caused leakage of bloody fluid. This was the exact part needed and looks brand new. She is delighted.

  • Fine Product At A Good Price

Appears to be of high quality. I just used it to make sage pork sausage and it ground up the meat and fat easily. As a bonus I found it fits perfectly with the KitchenAid - branded juicer attachment. This is a great product and I couldn't be more pleased.

  • Very good bargain!

It's the first attachment I've gotten for my Kitchen Aid. I wanted to try to grind my own hamburger mix. Easy-peasy. No problems attaching, using, detaching and cleaning.

  • Delicioso!!!!!

We were able to use the Antree Meat Grinder Attachment for the KitchenAid to help grind up 25 Green Bananas, 14 Yautias Lila's (Vegetable Root) and 1/2 of a Pumpkin to make excellent Puerto Rican Pasteles, not an easy task to do with a hand grader. Thank you again for a great working product.
