Great product
I was glad I purchased this. In one evening I was able to restore my 25 year old, hard used, crock sticks sharpener to a almost new condition. They are ready to sharpen 100s more knives and swords to a razors edge. I am very sure that if you used this on new ceramic sticks or stones after every use, they would stay pristine. Great cleaner for Crock sticks.
If you own any Crock stick sharpeners or same style, these are great. I clean the ceramic rods about each 6 months, depends on usage. These will extend the life of your sharpener system, as they remove metal filings from rods themselves.
