Purchsed to conduct iodine patch test
I had done a lot of research before I conducted the iodine patch test on myself back in May 2019, the reason I even decided to do it was because I felt like I should have been losing weight; I was eating right and exercising often. The very first time I did the test the iodine disappeared in 2 hours! The second time less than 6 hours. Online says to do it at night, but the truth is unless you wake up every hour you will not know when the iodine is completely absorbed unless you are checking it. So I did the test during the day so I could check it more easily. HERE IS HOW I DID IT: I applied iodine to an area 3”x 3” on my belly. I applied the iodine every day until the iodine did NOT disappeared after 12 hours (there is a slight tint of iodine that I see :-). – Within a week I lost SIX pounds and felt ‘good’ I honestly had not changed ANYTHING other than applying the iodine! I now paint a ‘patch’ on my belly every couple of weeks – NOW I do it in the evening. If I cannot see any trace of it in the morning, I apply the iodine every night until I CAN SEE a little trace of where I had applied it. I stop, then a few weeks later I test paint again. WHAT I APPLY the iodine with - I use one of those 10ml stainless steel roller ball bottles - SEE PHOTOS
