I have different USA pans and just love them! Every recipe turns out of the pans with no sticking. I do coat the pans per the instructions given. It’s even cooking throughout and so easy to clean. Best non stick pan ever, by far.
I bought this pan specifically for my date nut muffins. Between the sticky dates and the molasses that goes in the batter, I figured if those don't stick, nothing will. They just slide right out and I don't lube the cups prior to baking either. This is the best pan of any kind that I've ever owned.
