Too many stems
I normally love Oxbow's botanical hay, but recently it's been all stems. The smell is wonderful, but it's so sharp I can't give it to my rabbits. I'm afraid they will poke their eye. My rabbit likes it. I do too.
This is good quality hay and my rabbit likes it, In response to the current one other review, I don't remove "sharp" pieces because our vet tells me that unlimited hay is the best thing for keeping a rabbit's teeth filed down and I figure that the harder bits do a better job than only softer pieces of hay.
