Decent product. Expensive for what it is.
First off, this container is large. But that’s why I got it. Only issue is that the container walls are not stiff enough. When it is full to the level of the rack, the sides bow and the rack and lid don’t fit right. Not a major fault, but if your cook floats and you want to use the rack to keep it submerged, you need to fill it that high. A smarter design would allow the rack to be placed at variable height in the container. Otherwise, I love it. 48hrs at 125 and I did not ever have to add water to cook a 6# beef shoulder. After a good sear on the gasser it ate like prime rib. And because I had the container, I was able to make soup at the same time! I also like being able to see my cook.
