Almost finished the container. I like these vitamins. I have not had any heart problems since I started taking them. I don’t lift weights but noticed my neck looks stronger, and my bones (shoulders and knees) feel stronger, and it has improved my mental focus. I've been using supplements for over 30 years & do so with caution. I have heart disease & when I took 2 scoops a day (plus I use Isopure whey) it affected my my heartbeat. 1 scoop seems to be ok. I can only assume it's the high amount of vitamin A but could very well be another additive. My Dr. Recommended that I stop using the Animal Stak powder.
